3. 建议附带的信息
Information to include in your request
- 客户名称与 tenant key。
- Amazon marketplace / profile id。
- 问题截图、失败时间和错误消息。
4. 数据删除与撤销授权
Revocation and deletion handling
- 如果客户要求撤销授权，我们会停止同步并清除本地保存的 token。
- 如果客户要求删除数据，我们会按请求范围处理广告数据、日志和同步缓存。
- 如果需要核验身份，我们会先确认 tenant 信息和授权联系人再执行操作。
